The cities of Volusia county and the county government have been trying to get a program together to meet the needs of the homeless. The numbers are growing and they have paid thousands and thousands of dollars to try to develop a program to no advantage.
We have the answer! We have had the answer, and the only answer that really works! Show God's love and the problem can be solved.
Jesus started his public ministry and stated in Luke 4:18 "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised."
These have been our marching orders for 24 years since July 1992! We have had great success being a great help to the homeless and poor of the Daytona Beach area. Hot meals, clothes and Christian direction for their lives for these many years.
We've been having a very fruitful summer as you will see as you read the story of Jeffrey in this letter. God is still in the life changing business and will always be.
Continued to help us meet the needs of the destitute here in Daytona beach this summer for in the fall we launch our NEXT STEP PROGRAM. Send your gift as soon as possible, for the need is great.

Jeffrey Marshall has been attending the Daytona rescue mission services for several weeks. On the 23rd of June, Jeffrey gave his life to the Lord! Jeffrey has had a wonderful transformation and has been helping in every way possible at the mission. Jeffrey followed the Lord in believers baptism, this past Sunday. He is a very important part of our team and lives on the property. He performs any duty given him with a smile on his face and joy in his heart! Jeffrey is such an important part of our family as a new Christian.
